I'm back *grin* haha. Nope,hari ini gue ga bakal cerita soal brownies,tapi gue mau bagi resep brownies ckck yaaa ga jamin bakal enak sih tapi bolehlah ya buat nyemil - nyemil sendiri. Let's check it out!
- Campurkan 14 butir telur dengan gula pasir,mixer selama 45 menit ( mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi yaaa)
- Setelah adonan mengembang,masukan tepung sedikit demi sedikit.
- Setelah tercampur rata,turunkan kecepatan mixer pada kecepatan sedang.
- Masukkan cokelat bubuk sedikit demi sedikit hingga tercampur rata.
- Setelah tercampur rata,turunkan kecepatan mixer pada kecepatan rendah lalu masukkan minyak secara perlahan - lahan. Mixer selama 10 menit ( Kalau mixernya kelamaan,brownies bisa keras )
- Masukkan vanilli sakarepmu secukupnya hehe
- Siapkan talang,olesi dengan sedikit minya agar tidak lengket lalu tuang adonan brownies.
- Taburkan kenari di atasnya.
- Bake dengan oven selama kurang lebih 45 menit.
Otreyyy that's it!
Brownies siap dihidangkan. 1 Resep ini jadinya 2 talang yaaa....
PS : Selama di oven,sering - sering dicheck yaaa...kalo udah matang,angkat aja. Caranya ambil tooth pick,tusukkan ke tengah brownies,bila tidak ada adonan yang menempel,berarti brownies sudah matang.

Hello!!!! Happy new year yahhh haha thank You,Lord Jesus akhirnya sampe juga di 2012 :) Mmm by the way ini blog baru gue. Yang lama udah setahun ga pernah diurusin dan alhasil gue lupa password email,akun google sama blog gue muhahaha.
Seperti orang - orang kebanyakan,gue juga berharap tahun ini keluarga dan kehidupan gue bisa lebih baik dari tahun - tahun kemarin. Malahan kalo bisa gue pengen tiap hari gue jadi orang yang lebih baik dari yang kemarin. Yaaa ga usah yang muluk - muluk,kayak misalnya yang hari ini gue masih malas bersih - bersih kamar,besok - besok gue jadi rajin dsb dst dll haha yang paling penting gue pengen kuliah gue cepat - cepat selesai,pengen ortu gue sehat,rukun,bahagia,pengen ade gue kuliah,yahh banyaklah.
